We’re Ultimate Health and Wellness, a health and weight loss company dedicated to helping its clients achieve their weight loss goals through a variety of exclusive weight loss programs. The company is registered in the city of Buffalo, NY since 2017.

How do we collect information from you?

We obtain information about you when you use our website, for example, when you contact us about products and services, sign up for a free consult, register to receive our newsletter or freebies, or when you purchase a program.

What type of information is collected from you?

The personal information we collect might include your name and email address. When you sign up for a free consult or qualify and purchase one of our programs, we also collect your address, date of birth, contact phone number, as well as certain details regarding your health history, health goals, and lifestyle choices as they relate to your state of health. How long do we retain your information?

Any information we collect from you will be held for 5 years after initial acquisition, in the event that you choose to restart a previous program or service. After 5 years we will permanently delete any and all information you provided to us without your request. If prior to 5 years you wish to have your information deleted, you can request so at at any time. After 5-7 days you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your request has been processed.

Due to the interactive nature of our programs our programs are only sold to clients 18 years of age and older without exception.
